MANAGEMENT OF PROCESSES OF INCREASING PROFITABILITY OF MACHINE-BUILDING AIRCRAFT ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The article describes the economic essence of profitability, tasks and indicators of its analysis. Analysis of profitability indicators is carried out based on an example of the study of the dynamics and structure of financial and economic activity of the Public Joint Stock Company “Motor Sich”. The ways of optimization of reserves of growth of profitability of the aircraft enterprise are substantiated, which is revealed on the example of machine-building aircraft enterprise. The scheme of management of the enterprise profitability by means of introduction of tools for optimizing directions of profitability increase according not only to development purposes and existing strategies but also to management functions is improved, which will allow allocating the priority of realization of directions and expenses for their implementation and time aspect. The described functional approach to managing the profitability of the aircraft enterprise allows influencing the process of implementing strategies and measures to increase it and forecast and minimizing negative impacts.
