MANAGEMENT OF PROJECTS IN THE SYSTEM OF MULTILEVEL GOVERNANCE

Abstract
The interaction between different levels of management through horizontal and vertical links is explored. The article clarifies the concepts of “project”, “project management”, identifies the features of the project and establishes their classification. The significance of project management is disclosed, the structure of the project is considered. The place and role of project management in the development of regions are determined. The priority of building multi-level regional management has been determined. The interaction between different levels of control through their horizontal and vertical links is investigated.
