MANAGEMENT OF THE PRODUCTION POTENTIAL OF ENTERPRISE: ESSENCE, FUNCTIONS AND WAYS OF GROWING

Abstract
In the article the mechanism of management of production potential is formed, the essence and definition of production potential are disclosed. The functions of production potential management at the state and enterprise level are described. The processes and techniques of production potential management are determined, as well as ways of extension the production potential of the enterprise are considered.
