Management preparation of young players based on the individual characteristics of the child’s body

Abstract
Purpose: To review current methodology for assessing individual anatomical and physiological characteristics and motor abilities the child’s body to determine the directions of their use in practice coaches youth football in Ukraine. Material and methods: the analysis literature, software and regulatory documents. Results: it was found that the activity of children’s trainers prevails group form of learning based on the calendar-average group evaluation, and not registered individual patterns of development of young talents. Conclusions: the identified need for changes in the management of sports activities for young players, namely the use of individually – differentiated system of construction training and development of new software and regulatory support of the sports schools.
