MANAGEMENT QUALITY BY A PERSONNEL, AS ONE OF FACTORS OF STEADY DEVELOPMENT OF AGRARIAN ENTERPRISE

Abstract
In the article the necessity of socio-economic and educationally-qualifying factors of increase of the labour productivity is reasonable with the purpose of the effective use of personnel on the enterprises of agrarian industry. A term is analysed "management by a personnel". Functions are considered, tasks of control system by the personnel of enterprise, directions of increase of her efficiency are offered. Principles that the leaders of agrarian enterprises must adhere to are certain, for more than effectively management by a personnel.
