MANAGEMENT RECEIVABLES AND PAYABLES UNDERTAKINGS ON THE STATE LEVEL AND THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
Management tools receivables and liabilities at the state and businesses were investigated. The basic stages of management and approaches to assessing the debtor-creditor debts of economic entities. Proposed indicators: maximum growth rate of debt, the coefficient of elasticity debt ratio of current debt, the ratio of net debt that will monitor the indebtedness of enterprises and improve the effectiveness of the management of financial flows.
