Abstract

Modern universities have been forced by market conditions to change the approach to the learning process and to redefine its role. Strong peer pressure led to the development of academic entrepreneurship, disclosing a necessity to build lasting relationships with businesses, building support for business science or assist its students in the process of economic activity. One of the dimensions of academic activity in this area was the project „Manager of Tomorrow”. The effect of these actions was a significant increase in competitiveness of students and stimulating their entrepreneurship under the supervision of academic staff.
