MANAGER'S ROLE AND KEY COMPETENCIES IN CONSTRUCTION AS FACTORS FORMING THE ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF INVESTMENT-BUILDING ENTERPRISE

Abstract
In given paper, the role of the manager and his main competencies that influence the organizational structure of the investment and construction company and the development of the construction industry in Ukraine as a whole are studied. On the basis of studying the types of activities in the construction business and their characteristics, sources of formation of special abilities of investment and construction enterprises, which allow to realize the potential of managerial competencies, are determined. The organizational structure of the investment and construction organization is proposed based on the definition of the essence of the activity of the construction industry enterprises and the establishment of key competencies. Found that the quality of construction projects should be a philosophy that works within the organizational structure of the enterprise. Increasing the practical value and effectiveness of designing in a building depends on further study and quantitative assessment of the megger's capabilities and capabilities of the construction organization, provided by these abilities.
