MANAGING THE ACTIVITIES OF A LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY: THE ESSENCE AND DEVELOPMENT OF AN EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT MODEL

Abstract
Today in Ukraine, many limited liability companies are not stable financially, are not liquid, are not profitable, and even are on the verge of bankruptcy. This is most often due to debts to creditors. Within the framework of the management system of the Limited Liability Company, it is proposed to limit the amount of attracted capital (both short-term and long-term) and to secure the responsibility for a compliance with its value. This will normalize and improve the financial position of the Company. To this end, an appropriate methodology has been developed for securing the responsibility of the higher, controlling and executive bodies of the Company for its financial status.
