Abstract

The contribution deals with the theoretical tasks of importance and characteristics of logistics chains. It describes the need of participants integration and importance of process management in logistics chains. It includes the specifications of supply chain in an automobile industry. The paper deals with basic risks in supply chain and with the reason of risk management needing in an enterprise. It indicates some basic tasks of common principles of risk management and its implementation into the conditions of supply chain management.
