Mandibular First Premolar with Two Root Canals: A Case Report

Abstract
Mandibular premolars have been reported with complex anatomical aberrations, making them one of the mostdifficult teeth to manage endodontically. This paper reports the endodontic management of a mandibular first premolar with two root canals.
