Maritime safety in Polish law

Abstract
The article is a concise description of the framework regulations on maritime safety in Polish law. The concept adopted in the last century was characterized, according to which the Maritime Code is essentially private, as well as the consequences of these assumptions for public law regulations. The author briefly presents the most important assumptions of the Act on Maritime Safety applicable in Poland and analyzes their relevance to applicable international and EU regulations.<br/><br/>
