Marjoram oil, its characteristics and application

Abstract

The proposal to develop a clear oil majerankowego importance in food and cosmetics. Majerankowego oil derived from the active substances are also applicable in obtaining medicinal preparations, including ointments. From the standpoint of industrial practice remains a problem obtaining this valuable raw material with a satisfactory performance.
