MARKET AND INSTITUTIONAL FACTORS OF INTEGRATION OF UKRAINE INTO THE EUROPEAN UNION

Abstract

The basic aims, model and mechanisms of the implementation of the European integration strategy of Ukraine are investigated. The problems of the European integration and the difficulties of democratic development in Ukraine are considered. It is highlighted and analyzed the market and institutional factors of the European integration processes. It is studied Ukraine's place in the world rankings describing institutional and market development of the national economy. The groups of figures of institutional quality and efficiency of the market of goods and services are evaluated according to the Global Competitiveness Index. It is concluded that success of the European integration course of Ukraine depends on the accomplishment of market and institutional reforms and adaptation of the legislation to the EU.
