MARKETING FEATURES OF PASSENGER TRANSPORTATION

Abstract
It is argued that transport marketing is not well developed compared to the marketing of consumer and industrial goods and services in the article. The main aims and functions of marketing on the transport are outlined. The directions of activity of structures of marketing units of carriers companies are indicated. The organization of marketing activity at the enterprise of the passenger complex should be carried out on the basis of market research of the market of services. The marketing of passenger transportation as a management system aimed at full and effective satisfaction of transport needs of the population is determined.
