MARKETING RESEARCH IN THE SPHERE OF CHILD AND YOUTH SPORT IN KHARKIV

Abstract
An important role in health life formation belongs to physical culture and sport. There is an opinion concerning the necessity of using marketing propaganda implements and formation of demand for sportive services. Marketing research, which resulted in a set of measures for the development of child and youth sport, was carried out with the purpose of specifying the priorities for the development of the sphere of physical culture and sport for young people in Kharkiv, and improvement of sport image of the city. It is established that marketing research in sport is a complex system for the research of the market of physical-sport services and managing them for the satisfaction of the consumers’ needs. The results of the research show that in Kharkiv there is unused potential for the development of sport services, child and youth sport. The necessity of introducing stable sport traditions in Kharkiv for the activation of physical education and mass sport, popularization of sport and health life for children and youth is prove. Special role in the solution of these problems belongs to the formation of sport image of Kharkiv, the slogan of which is: “Kharkiv is a sportive capital of Ukraine”.
