Marketing Strategies and the Current Czech Company - Specific Experience

Abstract
For the successful company development it is necessary to implement a quality managerial style enabling it to recognize changes in entrepreneurial environment react to those changes and move in direction of positive changes. Marketing strategies are coherent part of company´s management process. These are strategies created for operational marketing level which are picked and work up for one of the most outstanding function of the company. They fundamentally influence marketing performance of the company and so that the performance of the company as a whole. Therefore it is needed to understand these strategies, and learn how to work with them.
