Mathematical Model Cooling Agglomeration Ferrous in Layer
Journal Title: Analele Universitatii "Dunarea de Jos" din Galati. Fascicula IX, Metalurgie si Stiinta Materialelor - Year 2009, Vol 32, Issue 2
Abstract
Mathematical model is based on discretization agglomeration areas layer deposited on very small. The τ Δ cooling time and the elements of space and elements xi time relationship is discretization as volume control. Based on the mathematical model was presented a program for simulation agglomerates ferrous cooling. The developed program provides the possibilities for the calculation of parameters of air cooler agglomeration.

Increase the Steels Purity Cast in Vacuum
The need to develop products with special characteristics and high mechanical properties led to the introduction of plastic deformation of semifinished materials. Special purpose products are produced from slabs, blooms...
Copper Plating Corrosion Study in Certain Environments
Copper plating was performed on nickel substrate by means of the potentiostatic electrodeposition method from a sulphate electrolyte solution. The copper coatings morphology was studied by means of the optical and electr...
The Value of the Strucutral Remanence and Thermic Tensions in the Forged Pieces
The plastic deformation, the heating and the cooling of the pieces submitted to plastic deformations acumulate remanent tensions inside the pieces. Knowing the environmental where they are produced and avoiding its super...
Deposition Technologies for Obtaining Thin Films with Special Properties
The properties of metallic materials can be improved by deposition of materials. The coating has a tear strength and better hydro-abrasive corrosion. The thin layer deposition has a thickness of less than 10 micrometers....
Structural and Tribological Aspects on Ti (C,O,N) Magnetron Reactive Sputtered Thin-Films
Magnetron sputtering is a flexible technique and allows producing a significant amount of types of coatings. Within the frame of present work, Ti-C-O-N thin films were deposited onto high-speed steel (AISI M2), substrate...
