MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF THE MECHANISM OF FORMATION OF PAPER PILES OF GIVEN VOLUME OF COMPUTING GROUPING DEVICE OF SHEET CUTTING MACHINE

Abstract
This paper considers the mechanism for programmed supply and cutting the ribbons tape of computing device of sheet cutting machine, which is designed to automate the process of paper stacks forming with the same number of sheets. The productivity of these machines is determined by the time of supply and cutting the tape. It is constructed and analyzed a mathematical model of the tape supply, found the quality characteristics of periodic motion laws when there are no soft strokes at the beginning of the tape. Outlined the ways to increase the productivity of the entire sheet cutting machine
