MATHEMATICAL MODELING THE ESTIMATION OF ENTERPRISE'S MARKET VALUE

Abstract

The article deals with the mathematical models of estimating the market value of enterprise. There is determined that the process of evaluating the value of enterprise depends on the pursued goals and the reasons that it prompts. At the same time, the goals are formed depending on the interested subjects in obtaining the final information. There are considered the essence and methods of three traditional approaches to estimating the value of an enterprise. Mathematical models of estimating the value of enterprise according to these methods are considered. The advantages and disadvantages of using appropriate approaches to assessing the value of enterprise are listed. It is determined that the most suitable for estimating the market value of an enterprise is the swiss method of the average, which is a combination of methods of assets valuation and capitalization of incomes. A promising direction for further research is the application of the model of this method for its practical application in evaluating the value of enterprise.
