Matter distributions of light nuclei within the three-body model
Journal Title: Eurasian journal of physics and functional materials - Year 2018, Vol 2, Issue 1
Abstract
Matter distributions of light nuclei in the three body model 6He,6Li: (α + n + n) and 9Be: (α + α + n) is theoretically expressed. As a quantum state of the system was adopted a wave function based on the multi dynamic cluster model. Within the multi dynamical cluster model with Pauli projection, matter density distribution and matter rms radius for nuclei 6He, 6Li, 9Be were analytically calculated. Comparisons of calculated matter radii with experimental data are presented.

Development of thermal sensors by implantation ions P+ and B+ in different sides of Si(111)
In the method of high-phase ion implantation of P + and B + to different sides of monocrystal silicon we obtained p-i-n- structure, which has a high thermal sensitivity of 2.3mV/K in a broad band temperature of (20 ÷ 550...
Development of energy-saving methods for minimization of power and load losses
The article presents information on optimization of steady-state regimes in power supply systems in order to minimize power losses. The following tasks were formulated and solved: engine parameters were determined; the s...
Some radiation effects in II-VI quantum dots
The effect of electron irradiation (E=0.6-1.8 MeV) on the optical characteristics (photoluminescence, PL) of CdTe/ZnTe structures with quantum dots, QDs, was investigated in the temperature range from 4.2 to 250 K. The d...
Synthesis and investigation of optical properties of CdSe quantum dots with high quantum luminescence yield
In the present work, an attempt to obtain quantum dots with a high quantum luminescence yield has been made. For this purpose, the existing methods of synthesis have been studied; approbation of availability and reproduc...
New insight into the cluster structure of 9Be by reactions with deuteron beam
Angular distributions of protons, deuterons, tritons and alpha particles emitted in the reaction 2H+9Be at Elab =19.5 MeV were measured with an aim to shed light on the internal cluster structure of 9Be and to study poss...
