Maxillary Paramolar: Case Report And Overview

Abstract
Paramolar is a type of supernumerary teeth that is small and mostly situated buccally or adjacent to maxillary molars. It is a type of developmental disturbance that can occur due to varied etiology. In this case report, we present the occurrence of paramolar in a patient who reported for denture placement. We also discuss the occurrence, cause, diagnosis, complications and treatment strategies for these patients.
