Me conium Peritonitis: A Case Report and Review of Literature

Abstract
Meconium peritonitisis is a localised or generalised peritonitis of the fetal digestive tract in antenatal period. The diagnosis is made on radiological examination antenataly and early detection enables better outcomes.
