Abstract
Govern of marketing joint after characteristic: organization of govern of marketing and processing of organization structure; optimization of management decision; marketing audit; estimation of marketing job effect. In marketing audit is considered after determinants of marketing work: environment of marketing; strategy of marketing; marketing organization; marketing system and marketing complex; marketing productivity. Qualitative criterion of estimation of strategy realization: improvement of customer service; improvement of market knowledge; reduce of danger and application of possibility. Central task of business strategy of marketing audit: providing of living; marketing growth and improvement of competition position of company in market environment. Marketing audit in international environment joint: short time- and long term aim and task and distribution of resource at international scale. Business processes of marketing audit: process of market learning; process of realization of new sentence; process of customer gather; process of union management; process of obligation execution.
