Measuring the management of knowledge in the Algerian economic institutions

Abstract
We aim through this study mainly to measure the knowledge Management‘KM’in Algerian firms, in order to develop performance and achieve competitive advantage, in terms to improve the value and reduce the costs and efforts, by using theTechnical and technological developments, the study had conducted on a sample of 20Algerian firmin BATNA city,through collect information and analyze them by a set of statistical indicators with the help of the statistical package SPSS V20 , and use T test to validate hypotheses, It had found as a result of this study, the firms adopt the KM model to develop their performance and achieve the excellence.
