MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF COMPOSITE MATERIAL REINFORCED BY CERAMIC FIBER

Abstract

[i]Mechanical properties[/i][i] of polymeric composite material were studied in this paper.[/i][i] Polyethylene [/i][i]reinforced by ceramic fibers [/i][i]with different weight reinforcement percentage [/i][i](20%, 40%, 60%) and [/i][i]measuring[/i][i] [/i][i]Impact and tensile strength[/i][i] for [/i][i]resulting[/i][i] [/i][i]composite material. [/i][i]the best results was obtained with large [/i][i] [/i][i]reinforcement percentage [/i][i](60%)[/i][b][i] [/i][/b][i].[/i][i][/i]
