Abstract
The article deals with theoretical aspects of the mechanism for attracting foreign investments into the national economy. The main subjects involved in the investment process for attraction foreign financial resources are analyzed. The theoretical aspects of forming an investment project are considered. The forms of attracting foreign investments to enterprises are determined. The main factors influencing foreign investment in a country are analyzed.
