Mechanism of choice of the strategy of management of subsidiary business processes at industrial-economic associations

Abstract
The article is devoted to actual problems of management of subsidiary business processes at business associations. The article deals with the concept of "taxonomic coefficient", "coefficient of duplication of subsidiary business processes", "points of decision-making"; indicators of factors of influence on efficiency of subsidiary business processes are singled out; the coefficients of duplication of subsidiary business processes are calculated; the point of decision-making for one of the support business processes of JSC "Concern-Elektron" was calculated, on the example of which a study was conducted. The algorithm of the choice of strategies of management of subsidiary business processes is outlined, on the basis of which the mechanism of management of them at the industrial-economic associations is offered. The peculiarity of the conducted research is the approach, which involves the combination of several strategies for managing subsidiary business processes at business associations.
