MECHANISM OF INSURANCE AS MEANS OF PREVENTION OF BANKRUPTCY

Abstract
Taking into account the modern tendencies of insolvency Ukrainian enterprises to proceed in the solvency, that it contingently the increase of amount of enterprises-bankrupts the last years, research of methods of prevention of bankruptcy is actual. In the article determination basic tendencies of bankruptcy of enterprises in Ukraine the last years and international experience of prevention of bankruptcy is generalized. It is not succeeded to renew the solvency enterprises, the question of search of new mechanism of providing of solvency of subjects of menage appears, namely through the system of insurance. Creation of the system of obligatory insurance, the participants of that would be all enterprises of Ukraine, was offered in the article. In particular, procedure of bringing in of debt funds was described by enterprises-participants from an insurance fund, or on proceeding in solvency, or on other measures that will influence on strengthening of him the financial state.
