MECHANISM OF LEGISLATIVE REGULATION THE SECURITIES MARKET OF UKRAINE

The article deals with the study of the state of current legislation of Ukraine that regulates the sphere of functioning of securities, the determination of legal principles of realization of government control of market of equities and the state control after producing and circulation of securities and their derivatives in Ukraine.
