MECHANISM OF MANAGEMENT CONVERGENTLY-ORIENTED DEVELOPMENT TELECOMMUNICATION ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The article is devoted to topical issues of formation the mechanism of management convergent-oriented development telecommunications companies. Has been investigated the essence of the economic mechanism, in which it was determined place of convergence-oriented development. Was built model convergent-oriented development of telecommunication enterprises with considering features of their activities, and on this basis organizational and economic mechanism for managing this development.
