MECHANISM OF SOCIAL IMPORTANT SERVICES OF COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATIZATION

Abstract
In the article problems which arise during granting of services of sphere of communication and information are proved. Negative consequences of regulation of some types of service are investigated. Necessity of formation of the general mechanism of management is proved by system of granting of socially significant services. The mechanism of granting of socially-significant services of sphere of communication and information is developed. The basic positive aspects which arise at introduction of the offered mechanism are generalized.
