Mechanisms of innovation and technological modernization of the of the water management complex of depressive regions in budget decentralization

Abstract
The purpose of the paper is to identify the features of innovation and technological modernization of the water management complex in depressed regions of Ukraine. The article is devoted to the study of the problems of financial and budgetary provision of processes of innovation and technological modernization of the water management complex in the regions of Ukraine within the framework of decentralization. Methodology of research. The solution of the tasks set in the article is carried out with the help of the following general scientific and special methods of research: analysis and synthesis, systematization and synthesis, a dialectical approach. Findings. The priority directions of financial and institutional support of processes of modernization and innovation development at the local level are offered. The mechanisms of institutional support of the processes of innovation and technological modernization of the water management complex of depressed regions have been developed. Practical value. The article substantiates that the introduction of the proposed priority directions will help to intensify the processes of innovation and technological modernization of all subsystems of the water management complex of Ukraine and approximation of EU water legislation into domestic practice.
