MECHANISMS OF STATE MANAGEMENT BY DEVELOPMENT OF PUBLIC- PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP IN UKRAINE: PROBLEMS AND PERSPECTIVES

Abstract
The article analyzes the regulatory, organizational and personnel mechanisms of public administra tion in the field of publicprivate partnership. In particular, it is indicated that Ukrainian legislation contains a wide range of publicprivate partner ships (hereinafter referred to as PPP), but due to the fact that the state regulates a limited number of areas and forms of PPP implementation, the necessary experience of interaction between the public and private sector is lacking controversial issues that require legislative regulation. The analysis of the institutional and staffing of the PPP was conducted, on the basis of which it was pointed out the inadequate staffing in this area, which significantly impedes the development and implementation of PPP projects. According to the results of the study, the ways of solving the indi cated problems are proposed. Key words:
