Медицинская деятельность как критерий профессиональной ответственности: уголовно-правовой подход

Abstract
Медицинская сфера привлекает взгляды различных исследователей права. В частности, одним из рассматриваемых вопросов является вопрос об уголовной ответственности медицинских работников. Отдельным вопросом данной проблемы является определение профессиональных обязанностей, как квалифицирующего признака преступлений, совершаемых работниками здравоохранения. Приведено обозрение подходов в указанной теме и собственный взгляд автора.
