Mesenteric cyst leading to intestinal obstruction

Abstract

We present a case of a huge mesenteric cyst successfully removed surgically. A 2 year old male child presented with pain and distension of abdeomen, with vomiting and clinical features reveals intestinal obstruction. The Patientunder wentlaparatomy for intestional obstruction and discover a huge cysticmass and that’s - mesenteric cyst. Cyst was resected along with a part of the bowel loop where it was inseparable from the cyst, with easily, safely and successfully
