Abstract
Brojne definicije sporta, pokušavaju, manje ili više uspešno, da obuhvate, sve aspekte sportske aktivnosti: zdravstveno-higijenske, sociološke, psihološke, vaspitne. Čak se i najobuhvatnijim definicijama mogu staviti zamerke na nepotpunu određenost ili nepotpuno zahvatanje neke od brojnih komponenata koje sport kao specifičan društveni fenomen uključuje. Budući da sport, samo po sebi, predstavlja usko stručni faktori sa biološko-konstitucionalnim, fiziološkim, medicinskim, psihosocijalnim i pedagoš- kim aspektima i da je uspešnost sportista i timova rezultanta usklađenosti svih ovih potencijala to se potreba za timskim radom nameće kao imperativ svakoj sredini koja ima aspiracija da dostigne kontinuiranu liniju sportskih uspeha.
