Abstract
В останні роки увагу вчених привертають оксалат-індуковані захворювання, що включають в себе групу захворювань та синдромів, об'єднаних тим, що їх розвиток пов'язаний з порушенням обміну оксалату. Актуальними залишаються дослідження біохімічних механізмів та чинників розвитку оксалат-індукованих патологічних станів і пошук діагностично значимих маркерів оксалат-індукованого ураження органів. У роботі наведені сучасні дані щодо молекулярно-біохімічних чинників формування оксалат-індукованих захворювань.
