Method of assessment level end users training information systems armed forces of Ukraine.

Abstract
A methodology for assessing the training of users working with resource management systems is proposed. The main tasks of control over the level of assimilation of educational material by the personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are determined. The existing and proposed additional indicators for assessing the level of training have been analyzed, which make it possible to characterize various aspects of the training of the information management system user. The method takes into account the initial level of professional and technological training of the user of the information management system. The methodology introduces the coefficients of knowledge retention and adequacy of the occupation, defined as the proportion of knowledge, actions, operations, against the background of current duties while working in the system. The method of the expert survey determined the relevant indicators of adequacy of the main types of classes. The use of the proposed method allows in the learning process to take the necessary measures to improve the level of training of end users.
