ECONOMIC AND MATHEMATICAL MODELING INNOVATION SYSTEMS
The paper presents one of the mathematical tools for modeling innovation processes. With the help of Kondratieff long waves can define innovation cycles. However, complexity of the innovation system implies a qualitative...
ON THE LOGNORMAL LAW OF FREQUENCY DISTRIBUTION IN HIGH-FREQUENCY GEOACOUSTIC EMISSION PULSES
The paper is devoted to the detection of the law of frequency distribution in high-frequency geoacoustic emission signals generated in the result of dislocation changes in sedimentary rocks. Sparse approximation is used...
MODEL OF CALCULATION OF VOLUME ELECTRIZATION OF HIGH-RESISTANCE DIELECTRICS IN SPACE
The paper is devoted to the construction of a model of volumetric electrization of high-resistance dielectrics used in space technology and interacting with aggressive factors of space. The assumption of the Maxwell dist...
BOUNDARY VALUE PROBLEM FOR DIFFERENTIAL EQUATION WITH FRACTIONAL ORDER DERIVATIVES WITH DIFFERENT ORIGINS
We study a spectral problem for an ordinary differential equation with composition of fractional order differentiation operators in Riemann-Liouville and Caputo senses with different origins. We prove that for the proble...
