METHODICAL APPROACHES TO ASSESSMENT OF THE SYSTEM OF FARMING PROVISION WITH FINANCIAL POTENTIAL

Abstract
Methodical approaches to assessment of the system of farming provision with financial potential have been considered. Basic methods of the government control of the system of provision with financial potential and target purpose of the latter have been defined. Provision with financial potential has been proved to reveal inadequacy of financial system under problem situations in economy and detect the crisis of a business subject’s financial performance. Synthesis of methodical approaches of macroeconomic analysis has resulted in substantiation of the special assessment criteria and in general design for controlling the system of provision with financial potential. It has been grounded that threshold values of the indicators can be received due to expert evaluation considering the specific character of the phenomenon investigated. This enables to define the quantities, violation of which causes adverse tendencies and risk processes in financial provision in economy.
