METHODICAL APPROACHES TO EVALUATION OF OBJECTS OF THE RIGHT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Abstract
The article defines the main directions and problem aspects of the evaluation of intellectual property. The basic methodical approaches to the estimation of intellectual assets are investigated. The expediency of application of estimation methods depending on the life cycle of the innovative product has been analyzed. The necessity of improvement of methodical approaches and methods is substantiated.
