METHODICAL ASPECTS FOR ENTERPRISE ACTIVITY ESTIMATION OF MOTOR TRANSPORT ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The methodical aspects for enterprise activity estimation of motor transport enterprises as an index that characterizes effectiveness of its activity is explained in the article. The subject of the study in the article is the research of the theoretical and methodical aspects of enterprise activity estimation of motor transport enterprises. It is suggested to estimate enterprise activity based on the complex index, which includes three components: the production and sale component, the finance component and directly the enterprise component. A production and sale component is formed by indexes that characterize the property state of enterprise, volumes of motor transport services in natural indexes, amount of workers, amount of stock units that is used during realization of basic types of transportations. The calculation of integral index after a financial component is based on the basic financial results of activity of enterprise, indexes of efficiency of production and realization of services, basic indexes that characterize the financial state of enterprise. An enterprise component is formed on the basic amount of the inculcated new types of motor transport services, amount of new routes, amount of additional services, amount of workers, that promoted qualifications or got rights for a higher category, amount of the got licenses and permissions. The calculation of integral index is based on a taxonomic method. An enterprise characterizes greater level of activity any of components, if the value of taxonomic index accordingly is closer to unit. For each of components the sufficient level of activity will be formed, becoming basis of forming of complex index, is determined in further. In turn, the complex index of enterprise activity of motor transport enterprises becomes basis of determination the effective measures from forming of organizationally-economic mechanism of development of them entrepreneurial activity.
