Methodical aspects of assessment of effect of synergy in corporate systems and economical and legal bases of corporate raiding in Ukraine

Abstract
Definition of the concept "effect of synergy" is formulated with new scientific contents. Shortcomings of the models of assessment of effect of synergy existing today are defined. Use of methodical approach to assessment of synergy effect on the basis of indicator "Net Present Value Synergies" is offered. It is investigated economical and legal aspects of raiding as forms of power merger of the enterprise against the will of his owner. Features of formation of the share capital in the course of privatization in Ukraine are considered.
