Methodical basis of technical and economic assessments of technological processes virobnitstva ta modernizacy corpuses of pancrevail automobiles

Abstract
При виробництві та модернізації спеціальних панцерових автомобілів важливе місце займають електрозварювальні роботи на броньових конструкціях. В даний час вони є, єдиним високопродуктивним способом надійного з'єднання деталей. Але при цьому їм притаманні серйозні недоліки, зумовлені принциповими особливостями зварювання, а саме, істотною відмінністю фізико-механічних властивостей зварного з'єднання від властивостей деталей, що зварюються, в результаті чого, якість зварного з'єднання (яке складається з зварного шва і зони термічного впливу) істотно нижче , ніж якість метала корпусу машини. На підставі аналізу досвіду застосування броньованих спеціалізованих машин і вимог до захищеності даної групи техніки запропоновано методичний підхід вибору способів зварювання корпусів панцерових автомобілів. Запропонована методика може бути базовою для створення спеціалізованого програмного забезпечення в області пошуку раціональних підходів до вибору технологій виробництва та модернізації панцерових автомобілів.
