Methodical Recommendations for Controlling Logistic Activities at the Machine-Building Enterprises

Abstract
The article is aimed to develop methodological recommendations for controlling logistic activities at the machine-building enterprises. Theoretical definitions of concepts of «logistics» and «controlling» have been studied, their main objectives has been considered, essence of the main phases of the controlling logistic activities at the machine-building enterprises have been analyzed and disclosed. Relevance of application of the methodical recommendations for controlling logistic activities at the machine-building enterprises has been substantiated. A master list of controlling phases as to logistic activities at the machine-building enterprises has been proposed.
