METHODICAL RECOMMENDATIONS TO PEDAGOGICAL STAFF AS TO THE PROFESSIONAL READINESS FORMATION OF FUTURE BORDER GUARD OFFICERS TO LOCALIZATION OF NON-STANDARD SITUATIONS AT THE CHECK POINTS ACROSS THE STATE BORDER

Abstract

The formation of professional readiness of future border guard officers to localize non-standard situations at the check points across the state border of Ukraine is one of the most important missions in the system of a professional training. It requires from the higher military establishment to organize educational process taking into account a necessity to form this important characteristic. Theoretical analysis of the problem of professional readiness formation of future border guard officers to localize non-standard situations at the check points across the state border and results of experimental research allowed to ground methodical recommendations to pedagogical staff as to the formation of this characteristic. The article deals with the methodical recommendations to pedagogical staff on the professional readiness formation of future border guard officers to localize non-standard situations at the check points across the state border. The author has analyzed the views of contemporary scientists who developed in their research works different qualities for the formation of professional activity of future border guard officers. The author also has developed methodical recommendations to scientific and pedagogical staff of the National Academy of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine on the formation of professional readiness of the future border guard officers to the location of non-standard situations at check points across the state border. These methodical recommendations will contribute to the development of the necessary professional qualities of future border guard officers to fulfill their duties in the protection and defense of the state border. The author considers it necessary to observe the following methodical recommendations: the use of the system, active, learner-centered and context approaches; to enrich the content of training with concepts, ideas, theories concerning the localization features of non-standard situations at check points across the state border; increasing of the motivation of cadets to the formation of professional readiness; participation of cadets in research work; training in the units of the state border; use of role plays; the ability to interact with other people, to communicate with foreigners.
