Abstract

The article is devoted to substantiation of intellectual capital structure management functions. The aim of the article is to select and form intellectual capital structure management functions. The urgency of intellectual capital structure management has been substantiated as the most important area of management of enterprise capital structure to ensure its competitiveness in the market today. Management the structure of intellectual capital is an impact on the elements of intellectual capital, their size and the ratio at which the value of the company is being maximized. The key to creating an effective management structure of intellectual capital is the correct definition of its components. In previous works of the author six-components structure of intellectual capital has been formed. It includes intellectual property, electronic networks and information systems, organizational management subsystem, consumer, marketing and human intellectual capital Approaches to the definition of management functions, including functions of intellectual capital management have been analyzed. The analysis has found that for managing the intellectual capital structure of industrial enterprise it is advisable to allocate functions of analysis, planning, organization and coordination, motivation and control. Definition of each of these functions have been provided. Matrix of management functions for the intellectual capital structure management within six components structure has been formed. Results of the research may build the foundation for the formation of the methodical approach to intellectual capital structure management in order to create a system of indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of intellectual capital structure management.
