METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES OF EDUCATIONAL ADAPTIVE STYLE LEADERSHIP OF STUDENTS OF SCHOOLS CULTURE AND ARTS

Abstract

The article reveals the essence and highlights the peculiarities of the application of methodological approaches to the upbringing of the adaptive leadership style of students in the schools of culture and art. Taking into account the specifics and peculiarities of such an age and socio-professional group of young people as the students of the colleges of culture and art, appropriate approaches to upbringing have been selected and substantiated: namely, acmeological, axiological, anthropological, culturological, personality-activity, synergetic, systemic,situational and civilizational.
