METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES TO STUDY THE PROBLEMS OF IMPROVEMENT OF POLICE IN RESTRUCTURING

Abstract
In the article the questions of methodology of research of problems of improvement of activity of МHA of Ukraine are illuminated in the conditions of reformation. Grounded, that under methodology of scientific research of problems of activity of МHA of Ukraine it follows to understand in the conditions of reformation of law-enforcement sphere totality of the special cognitive facilities (principles, receptions and methods of cognition, forms of organization and realization of scientific research) due to that research tasks decide in relation to the improvement of activity of МHA of Ukraine in the conditions of reformation of law-enforcement sphere of the state.
